About

I have always - for as long as I can remember - been very organized. As a young girl, I would keep my bedroom exceptionally tidy, down to my little box of perfectly color-coded earrings. When I would go play at my friend’s house next door, I would (if you can believe this!) suggest (ahem, insist) that we neaten up and organize her room BEFORE we started playing. I just couldn’t start having fun until everything was sorted and it’s in place. And now as an adult, well, I’m still like that! I simply cannot relax in my space until everything is in it’s place - it’s just how I’m wired!
Before I found my true calling as a Professional Organizer, I had several successful careers and positions, including information technology consultant, recruiting manager, marketing manager, and business owner of a stationery company, all of which required extensive organization skills. I was once asked in a job interview what I thought were my strengths and weaknesses, and - funny enough - the answer to both questions was the same: my organizational skills. While this skill set is always a plus - regardless of profession - the over abundance of this skill can sometimes be a hindrance in the corporate world when a situation requires less organization and more of a get-it-done-now-no-matter-how-messy type of action. Fortunately, there’s no such thing as an overly organized Professional Organizer, and I am truly passionate about organizing!
In addition to being a business owner, I am a busy wife and mother of three fabulous children, so I completely understand the inherent challenges in maintaining order in a home with a million moving parts. I also appreciate the necessity in having systems that complement the family’s lifestyle. Without these systems, the clutter and mess just continue in a never ending cycle - regardless of how many times you tidy up - creating frustration and confusion in what could otherwise be an orderly, easy-to-cleanup space.
While you may be feeling frustrated, sheepish or even down right embarrassed by the state of your space, I promise the condition will neither shock or offend me. The bigger the mess, the greater the satisfaction we will have with our finished result. You have my word that I will maintain complete confidentiality about our project, and you will never EVER feel judged. (View my Code of Ethics below) So please do not let any of these feelings stop you from reaching out and teaming up with me.
Life is crazy and busy and hectic, but your spaces do not have to be. So let’s starting simplifying and GET ORGANIZED!
